The Center of Peace Center for Spiritual Living invites you to visit our spiritual community to explore new possibilities for your life. Our center is dedicated to helping individuals discover the spiritual tools and an inner Power that has the ability to transform lives and make the world a better place.
In 2001 a small group of congregants embraced thevision of being The Center of Peace (TCP). It wasn’t clear what it meant to be a “space holder” for Peace, yet they believed that people in and around the Philadelphia area were searching for one such place. The Licensed Professional Practitioners (RScP) held the high watch while TCP’s Mission continued to complement their vision and while the CORE Council set the policies and practices of the organization. In time they began sowing seeds of Peace as exhibited by their Stand For Peace Project with its PeaceAward recipients (est.04), their Peace Kamp for Kids(est.05), and their classes and workshops.
TCP’s Vision is kept alive by congregants remembering that they are” Divine ideas in theMind of God”. They are immersed in that Mind and allow themselves to be guided by that Inseparable Oneness.
Our beliefs are expressed simply. We are the peace we want to see in the world! We are an inclusive transdenominational spiritual community who draw on the teachings of ancient wisdom, the practices of various denominations, and religious traditions from eastern and western cultures. We believe these are all passageways that lead to the One Power, the One Presence. We believe all paths lead to God…..And it is known that at The Center of Peace one does experience the unconditional love of God.
We offer a practical spiritual teaching that draws on the wisdom of the ages and New Thought principles, in order to promote awakening and personal growth. With a variety of services available, The Center of Peace meets the needs of families, singles, children, adults, and seniors. Whatever your lifestyle or spiritual path, you will feel welcomed. Our spiritual community is ready to embrace, love, and accept you as you are. Everyone is included on the path to God!
If you are looking for a warm, dynamic, loving community of like-minded people, we encourage you to visit The Center of Peace and claim the life your soul is seeking.
