Each dish will stand on it’s own and be rated in the following categories: Flavor\, Appearance\, Texture\, Aroma on a scale of 0-5. 0=Poor\, 1=Below Average\, 2=Average\, 3=Good\, 4=Very Good\, and 5=Excellent for a maximum score of 20. Any dish scoring 18 and above will earn the designation as a “TCP Superlative”. \nDo I need to know all the dances?\nNo\, you do not. We will have someone leading you through the steps of each dance.
