I was introduced to Science of Mind teaching around 2003 and in 2005 I took my first class, Foundations. It was during this class that I knew somehow my life was going to change. It was up to me to be in charge of my life:  change my thinking, change my energy, change my behavior, and change my life.

Over the years I have taken many SOM classes, participated in many spiritual workshops, and attended many Centers for Spiritual Living Annual meetings. At The Center of Peace, I have volunteered and served on many committees and in various leadership roles, all which have enriched my life and allowed my desire to serve, evolve and grow to a deeper level.

My journey has been rich, rewarding, and continuously evolving to a higher and sweeter consciousness level. I have learned to open my heart, allow the Divine love to flow through me, as me, and for me. Today my heart and soul overflow with a new sense of love, joy, and energy. It is this overflow and willingness to serve that has caused me to become a Licensed Religious Scientist Practitioner. My calling is to remind persons that they are so much more than what they think they are …. “Open your heart and feel the love of the Divine. Your greatness is yet to be!”

I am a graduate of Lincoln University, PA, the first degree-granting HBCU (Historical Black College & University) and I received a master’s degree in library & computer science from Drexel University. My professional career spans 33 years in the information industry; the last 19 years as an information specialist in the pharmaceutical industry. I am the bonus grandmother of a beautiful 31-year-old spirit. My hobbies include genealogy research, “partying with the gals,” dancing, and living in joy!
